Beach Resort
Location: Falos Beach Resort is located Northwest of Weno (Moen) in the State of Chuuk. It is 6 nautical miles form the Moen Port, and about 8.0 miles from the Blue Lagoon Resort formerly the Truk Continental Hotel. The Resort is on Falos Island. No one lives on the island except the staffs of the resort. The island is 4000 feet long and 300 ft wide with 98 percent beach sand shoreline.
Facilities: Falos Resort has 7 cottages with 13 rooms, two beds in each room. Has l0,000 gallons water catchment all concrete structure. All cottages are built of concrete with G.I. sheets roofing. Resort sits on a four acre land.
Activities: Snorkeling, fishing, sunbathing, and shelling are few activites offered. Sight seeing of the neighboring island and feefs is also available. Drink is available through the giftshop.
Other Information: For guests of the island with reservations for overnite stay, transportation is provided upon arrangement. Other special tours are provided as listed on our brochure. Day visit is charge for a fee of $4.50 per person. Generator rens from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 p.m. Meals are served on the regular meals hours.
